Here's how it works?
 

1 - Register With District Appraisals Referral Program
Complete our simple Referral Program - Registration form and submit it to us by fax, e-mail or mail. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you via email a Registration Confirmation.  As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in our referral Program. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.

2 - Create Leads
Talk to your clients that are currently utilizing you for their services. Refer them to District Appraisals to handle their appraisal needs outside of your coverage area. We have an extensive network of appraisers in all 50 states including FHA approved appraisers to support your clients needs.

3 - Sign Up and Tracking
Once you client has signed up to utilize our appraisal services, we will setup a master account login under your client so that you will have access to view all orders we have received from your clients. This is direct access to our system. You will be able to see the orders received, track their status, and upon completion see what orders you should be paid referral fees on.

4 - Get Paid
Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) at month end for all completed assignments within that month. We will pay you a $25 referral fee for all assignments completed with no limit to the number of files or referrals you can be paid on! It's that simple.
